This primary care center is operated by Mountainside Family Practice Group, part of the HackensackUMC Mountainside Family Medicine Residency Program., MFPG is affiliated with Mountainside Medical Center a 365-bed hospital that annually handles nearly 11,000 admissions; more than 1,200 births; about 42,000 emergency visits; and just under 102,000 outpatient visits.

The hospital, which offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in many diverse specialties, is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health System. Our residency is academically sponsored by Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

Mountainside Family Practice Group is located in Verona, NJ, just 2.5 miles from the hospital’s campus and 12.5 miles west of New York City. It is a modern, 10,000-square-foot office space in a professional building that provides a comfortable environment for patients and residents. The Family Medicine Center is equipped: 13 examination rooms, a library, a special procedure room, an on-site laboratory, a conference room, many computers, Wifi access, and an electronic health records system (EPIC).
