Transitioning into a residency program that has a supportive environment filled with engaged and receptive individuals was key in deciding how I envisioned my training as a Family Medicine resident physician. My conversations with the Mountainside Family Practice staff, faculty, and residents during my interview made it evident that this program will aid in facilitating my development and success. I’m grateful for the abundant displays of support and confidence already displayed throughout this program and I’m certain it will facilitate progression of the required knowledge and skills to become a competent and respected physician.
