Mountainside is a small residency program that ensures close camaraderie between co-residents as well as with the attendings. We get to know each other in and out and share all moments of happiness together. People here are so supportive that you feel at home from day one. There is always an opportunity for personal as well as professional growth. I love how diverse and welcoming the Mountainside community is, and we as residents feel inspired while working as a team. I am grateful for all the learning opportunities that come every day, and I look forward to much more that is yet to be discovered throughout my years of residency here at the Mountainside.
