Dr Eniola Teju Ayeni-Sylvester is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and trained at Hackensack Palisades Medical Center for residency. She has also worked as a Co-Director of Integrative Health and Assistant Residency Program Director. Trained as an osteopathic physician, she truly believes in whole person health and is a fellow at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She has a special interest in integrative approaches to chronic pain management and has a whole health approach with her primary care patients in which she delves not only into their medical care but also further into the social determinants of health, psychosocial and spiritual care needs of her patients. She is also an advocate for group medical visits. She is clinical professor and assistant professor at American University of the Caribbean and St George’s University School of Medicine respectively. When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
